  • What should I do if I have a large order that needs to be customized?
    We would be happy to accommodate! Please submit a contact us form with all of the details, upload inspiration pictures and we will get back to you within 24-48 business hours with a quote.
  • Why are your cupcakes cold when received?
    We take food safety very seriously! Our products are made from scratch so there are no preservatives, shelf stabilizers or artificial flavors and contain dairy. Our cupcakes remain in our refrigerated display to ensure you are getting a safe-to-eat product. After purchasing your cupcakes, we suggest that you allow them to sit at room temperature (away from direct heat or sunlight) for about 30 minutes to 1 hour (depending on weather) to allow them to come to room temperature!
  • Are your products allergen free?
    All of our products are made in a home-based kitchen and may contain known food allergens (gluten, eggs, dairy, and nuts). We take great care in our production process to prevent cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee that any of our items are entirely allergen-free. If you have specific allergies or dietary concerns, please add a note to your order on the checkout page.
  • How do I properly transport my order?
    It is extremely important that you take extra caution when transporting your order! Carefully hold the box from the bottom and not by the sides. All of our products should be kept as flat as possible when transporting. They should be placed carefully on the passenger side floor of your car or flat in the trunk. Seats of cars are slanted and could potentially cause damage. The car should be at a cool temperature. If it is hot outside, your car should have the a/c on high and if it is cold outside, the heat should be turned off for the time of travel. Our products should be kept out of direct heat or sunlight for extended periods of time. If you will be serving within a 2-hour window, we suggest that you leave them in a cool place to be displayed until the time of serving. If you will not be serving it for well over 2 hours, we suggest that you refrigerate them when you arrive at your destination.
  • Do you offer delivery services?
    Absolutely, we are based in Laval, Quebec and offer delivery services within the Greater Montreal Area for your convenience! Please note that additional fees will apply for delivery.
  • How soon do I need to place my order?
    For custom orders, a minimum of 2 weeks is required.
